Frequently Asked Questions

The event will begin with Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM on Sunday, February 6 at EAST Miami Hotel. Therefore, all attendees are asked to arrive on Sunday, February 6 in time for the reception.

All attendees will depart after 12:00 PM on Wednesday, February 9.

Please register by Thursday, December 30, 2021 with your complete information.

During the Summit and while traveling to or from the Summit, employees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Enfusion policies, including but not limited to those contained within the employee handbook for their home office, and their employment agreement. Employees should remember that they are representing Enfusion the entire time they are traveling and while in Miami for the conference. Generally, Enfusion expects and requires that all employees conduct themselves with integrity, professionalism and with the safety of themselves and others in mind. Employees should always be mindful of our policies and all applicable laws. As an employee of Enfusion, your conduct is visible to attendees during the event, which includes social activities during your time in Miami. Employees must always act in a safe and professional manner in your personal conduct. 

 

Enfusion expects every employee to comply with all Company policies. For the 2022 Revenue Summit, the following are guidelines related to specific behavior: 

  • You may not make a recording of any kind unless specifically authorized 
  • Do not take or distribute presentation materials unless specifically authorized 
  • Alcohol, if used, should be used responsibly and only at appropriate times
  • Illegal drug use is prohibited at all times
  • Use of abusive or offensive language is prohibited 
  • Do not engage in any unethical behavior or illegal activity that may compromise Enfusion’s financial integrity, confidentiality or regulatory obligations 
  • Refrain from unauthorized social media posts (see Social Media section) 
  • Use common sense at all times and do not engage in any behavior that may put your own or other’s safety at risk 

 

Note: this list is not all-inclusive. Failure to adhere to these guidelines or any Enfusion policies generally may result in disciplinary action, which may include termination of employment. Other forms of disciplinary action could include a verbal warning or a negative impact on your performance evaluation. Enfusion reserves the exclusive right to determine levels of discipline in its sole discretion, based on the facts and the circumstances of the situation. 

Employees may not post about the event. This restriction applies before, after and during the event.  

Note: at this time, we have not decided whether to share any corporate posts related to the event. 

Enfusion continues to monitor COVID-19 and will provide updates to employees if there are anticipated changes to the Summit due to COVID-19 considerations.

  • All participants must be fully vaccinated prior to attending this event. Boosters are encouraged.  

  • All participants must receive a negative COVID test (antigen or PCR) within 48 hours (or less if required for international air travel) of departure to Miami. This test can be expensed back as needed. 

  • US participants must submit their negative test result to the Return Safe App:

    • In order to submit your test results, open the application and begin the check-in process. On the first screen select “I will not be working from an Enfusion office today, but will be representing Enfusion business in the presence of others.” On the second screen, select “Yes, I have been tested for COVID-19.” Next, select the date of your test. You will then be asked to select the results. Next, select “Yes” when asked if you have test results available to upload. Upload your results and answer the remaining screening questions. 

  • International attendees will submit their negative test results to the airline as required for their travel.  Please follow all test requirements required to enter the US. 

  • Regardless of test results, all attendees should self-screen for symptoms and stay home if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

  • Miami is not subject to a mask mandate at this time. That said, we expect all attendees to exercise caution and social distance whenever possible. When social distancing is not possible, attendees are encouraged to wear a mask. KN95 masks will be provided, if needed, at the Summit. Note that masks must always be worn in ride-share vehicles, taxis, or on public transportation. 

  • Anyone experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms should stay home and get well. Notify registration@garnishevent.com and Lorelei Skillman if you need to adjust your participation from in-person to virtual. A virtual event option is available for attendees who are unable to participate in person.

  • Hand sanitization stations will be available throughout the meeting space. 

  • Be mindful of others and respect social distancing.

  • Stay healthy! Engage in responsible health practices (avoid touching eyes/nose/mouth with unwashed hands, properly wear a face mask)

  • Antigen tests available upon request

Yes, all participants must receive a negative COVID test (antigen or PCR) within 48 hours (or less if required for international air travel) of departure to Miami. Note: International travelers are responsible for understanding the test requirements for their airline.

US attendees must submit their negative test result to the Return Safe App. 

International attendees will submit their negative test results to the airline as required for their travel. International attendees do not need to submit results using the Return Safe App

Per current travel guidelines, all international travelers to the US are required to show a negative viral test taken within one day of travel to the United States. 

If you test positive prior to departure or you are exhibiting symptoms, please stay home and contact registration@garnishevent.com and Lorelei Skillman to change your participation from in-person to virtual. 

I’m traveling internationally for this event and need a PCR test to return home. How do I get one? 

Onsite PCR testing will be available onsite for international attendees only on Tuesday, February 8 from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM. This PCR test will be covered by Enfusion. You will receive your results in pdf format by email no later than 10 PM on Tuesday, February 8, and will be provided with a travel letter that includes the following fields:

  • Name 

  • Birthdate

  • Passport Number

  • Test Method

  • Test Result

  • Date and Time of Specimen Collection 

NOTE: If this testing date and time will not work for you, you will need to make an appointment for yourself in Miami. All international travelers are responsible for understanding the requirements for their return flight and making alternative arrangements if needed.

International attendees can sign up to take a PCR Covid-19 test on Tuesday, February 8 from 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM in Workshop 3, Level 6 at EAST Miami. Test results will be delivered in PDF format by email by end of day on Tuesday, February 8. The PDF will note your name, birthdate, passport number, testing method, test result, and date & time of sample collection. Please visit the registration desk onsite if you have any questions.

Please self-isolate in your hotel room and notify Lorelei Skillman and HR@enfusion.com. An antigen test will be delivered to your room and arrangements will be made to have you take an offsite PCR test. You will be required to self-isolate and not attend any events until you have a negative PCR result, and you are no longer exhibiting symptoms.

Miami is not subject to a mask mandate at this time. That said, we expect all attendees to exercise caution and social distance whenever possible. When social distancing is not possible, attendees are encouraged to wear a mask. KN95 masks will be provided, if needed, at the Summit. Note that masks must always be worn in ride-share vehicles, taxis or on public transportation.

Please use the taxi service or ride-sharing app (Uber, Lyft) at the airport and request a receipt for reimbursement purpose. Team members should co-share a taxi to the hotel whenever possible.

Event Registration, located in the Rise Foyer, will be open starting Sunday, February 6 at 1:00 PM EST and will remain open until the start of the Welcome Reception at 6:00 PM. Please collect your badge and event materials prior to the Welcome Reception. 

Event Registration will be open daily on Monday and Tuesday from 7:00 AM in the Rise Foyer.

While there’s no official dress code at ACCELERATE 22, we encourage business casual attire for all sessions. Dressing in layers is also encouraged, as the air conditioning in the meeting rooms can be a bit variable at times. 

The Awards Dinner will be a celebratory affair and cocktail attire is encouraged.

Meals will be provided at EAST, Miami during the conference days as follows:

  • Welcome Reception on February 6
  • Breakfast on Febuary 7, 8, 9
  • Conference lunch and coffee breaks from February 7, 8, 9
  • Evening Event dinner on February 7 evening
  • Awards Dinner on February 8 evening

Employees will not be reimbursed for meal claims during this period. Employees with special dietary requirements should highlight this in the registration form.

All meals will have Gluten-Free and Vegetarian options. If you have any additional special dietary requirements or accessibility needs please indicate so on the registration form. If you have any questions or concerns please contact event registration at registration@garnishevent.com.

You will select your Wednesday breakout by Department (Solutions Engineers, Sales, SDRS, GCAP) during registration. All other content will take place in the Keynote sessions.

Accommodation will be provided by Enfusion from Sunday, February 6, 2022 to Wednesday, February 9, 2022 (3 nights only). If you arrive or depart outside of these dates for approved meetings, please submit your hotel reimbursement through the expense claims process.

Your credit card will be required upon check-in for incidentals.

All incidental charges such as laundry, mini bar etc. will be billed to your personal credit card. These charges are not reimbursable.
