Blake Nielsen is Executive Director, General Counsel to Enfusion where he oversees Enfusion’s legal department and consults across Enfusion’s business lines, with a focus on compliance, risk, corporate development, and strategy.

Nielsen serves as the company’s Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary, which includes responsibility for corporate governance. Before joining Enfusion in 2014, Nielsen worked in derivatives market-making, M&A, and plaintiff’s consumer fraud class action. He is currently serving as the co-chair of the Chicago Bar Association's Financial and Emerging Technologies Committee and is an active member in the Association of Corporate Counsel.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University and earned his Juris Doctorate from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
